How to book

1. 1. Send an enquiry via WhatsApp, the enquiry form or email with your dates, number of guests and room preference.
2. 2. We reply with availability, the total rate and payment instructions.
3. 3. You pay the full amount and upload proof of payment (EFT) or pay via the Yoco link.
4. 4. BookingLoop verifies payment and confirms your booking in writing.

Payment must be received within four hours of the provisional confirmation, or the room is released.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in

14:00 to 20:00. Early check-in before 14:00 is R150 per room, or R500 for full-house bookings. Late check-in is R50 per room, or R200 for full-house bookings.

05:00 to 10:00

Office hours

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00

Payment & confirmation

Full payment is required to secure a booking. No payment, no confirmed booking. Selecting a room, entering your details or reaching the checkout does not reserve the accommodation. The room stays available to other guests until full payment has been received and verified by the guesthouse. For EFT, use an immediate payment method and send proof of payment straight away with your booking reference. Every payment is checked by the guesthouse before a booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation schedule applies only to bookings made on the Refundable Rate, and refunds are calculated on the base accommodation amount. Cancellations 7 or more days before arrival are refunded 100% of the base accommodation amount. Cancellations 3 to 6 days before arrival are refunded 50%. Cancellations 1 to 2 days before arrival: single-night bookings receive no accommodation refund, and for stays of 2 or more nights the first night is retained and the remaining nights are refunded. Same-day cancellations, cancellations on the arrival date, no-shows and cancelled extensions receive no accommodation refund. The 10% refundable-rate premium is retained when a refund is processed. Bookings on the Non-Refundable Rate are not covered by this schedule. Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days. All of this applies subject to applicable South African law.
