Payment & booking confirmation

Full payment is required to secure a booking. No payment, no confirmed booking. Selecting a room, entering your details or reaching the checkout does not reserve the accommodation. The room stays available to other guests until full payment has been received and verified by the guesthouse. For EFT, use an immediate payment method and send proof of payment straight away with your booking reference. Every payment is checked by the guesthouse before a booking is confirmed in writing.

Accepted payment methods

We accept EFT and card payments through a secure Yoco payment link. Card details are entered on Yoco's secure page and are not stored on this website.

EFT proof of payment

Guests paying by EFT must upload proof of payment immediately after paying. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been verified by BookingLoop.

Banking details

Our EFT banking details are shared on your provisional booking confirmation. Please verify our banking details directly with BookingLoop before making any payment. Banking details will not be changed by unsolicited message, email or social media.
